Aha! My first follower!! Will have to add another fish to the pond.....a greene one, of course.

Here's a shot of our front door on a sunny day. I took it two weekends ago, when the sun lingered for longer than five minutes. On the other side of the little fence is an area arranged with nice little plants--a little garden spot. Then there's a gate to use to enter the yard (with lush, new sod and more plants scattered about), which "belongs" to our neighbors, who live below us on the ground floor. We get to enjoy the view and skip all the work.



Just above the front door you can see CG leaning out the window. He watches the world go by from various vantage points. Soon I'm sure he'll be calling out greetings to folks he knows.

Slowly the Greenes are settling into their new mountain home and it is very pleasant. -M
